Booking FAQ

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend at least 2 to 3 weeks for private events. Weekends fill up fast, especially during spring and fall. For weddings or large corporate events, 4 to 6 weeks is ideal.

What's the minimum guest count?

Our minimum for private bookings is 25 guests. For community events and festivals, we can accommodate any size crowd.

Do you need power or water hookups?

Our truck comes with its own generator and water supply, so typically we arrive ready to cook. That said, every venue is a little different, so we'll confirm the setup with you when we finalize your booking.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes. We offer gluten-friendly buns and gluten-friendly fried chicken breading. All sauces are dairy-free and gluten-friendly. We cook exclusively in beef tallow, no seed oils.

Important: Gluten-friendly options are prepared in a shared kitchen and fryer, so they are not safe for those with celiac disease or severe gluten allergies. All major allergens are used in this kitchen and cross-contact may occur. Please let us know your needs when you book.

How does pricing work?

Pricing depends on guest count, menu selection, and event duration. We'll put together a custom quote after reviewing your details. No hidden fees, no surprises.

Do you travel outside Lake Norman?

We primarily serve Mooresville, Cornelius, Davidson, Huntersville, Denver, and Sherrills Ford. For larger events, we're happy to travel further. Just ask.
