This is our current menu with additional offerings coming as we continue to grow. We source local, cook from scratch, and fry everything in beef tallow. No seed oils. No shortcuts. Just real food, the way it used to be.

Sourced from a small, local farm. Black Angus cattle, born and humanely raised. Grass-fed and grain-finished with non-GMO feed. No antibiotics. No hormones.

The Chicken

Locally sourced from farms that prioritize regenerative practices. No antibiotics. No hormones. No preservatives. Regular chicken breaded with organic flour, gluten-free option with a gluten-free blend.

The Sauces

Batch-made hot honey, burger sauce, and fry sauce, all dairy-free and gluten-friendly. Seasonal produce sourced from local farms and markets. Freshly made, never bottled.


Good to Know

Gluten-free bun available upon request for all sandwiches and hot dogs (buns sourced from The Accidental Baker when available). Gluten-free fried chicken also available.

Gluten-free options available, but prepared in a shared kitchen and fryer. Not safe for those with celiac disease or severe gluten allergies.

All major allergens are used in this kitchen. Cross-contact may occur. When ordering, please let us know of any food allergies and we will do our best to accommodate.

A note on our drinks: we say "no artificial dyes" because that's what most families with sensitivities are avoiding. Classic Coke contains caramel color, which is an added coloring ingredient but is not classified as an artificial dye. If you are sensitive to added colorings of any kind, we want you to know.
